Program Overview


City of Lauderhill Neighborhood Stabilization Program is a program that provides no interest, deferred repayment loans for the purchase of foreclosed properties in the city of Lauderhill. City of Lauderhill only.


Who is eligible for thisTest program?


Borrowers must not currently own a home. Borrowers must first qualify for a primary mortgage, and must have a verifiable source of income. Funds may be used for the down payment, closing costs, and/or principal reduction.

City of Lauderhill.
The sales price cannot exceed $ 280642. Property must be purchased for a 5% discount from its appraised value.
Allowable property types: Foreclosed and vacant properties owned by the city of Lauderhill.


Benefit Details


No interest, deferred repayment loans. Loans are forgiven after 5, 10, or 15 years, depending on the amount of the loan. Maximum loan is $50,000 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is less.
